A heartbreaking update has been issued after adult star Kylie Page was found dead at the age of 28.
The adult content creator was confirmed dead by a Los Angeles County Coroner on June 25, as tributes to the star have poured in from friends and other online stars.
The death of the young American star was announced publicly by adult film site, Brazzers, which said: “The Brazzers team is deeply saddened to learn of Kylie Page’s passing.
“Kylie will be remembered for her laughter, kindness and bringing light wherever she went.”
Throughout her career, the 28-year-old performer has appeared in over 200 s** scenes for various outlets, as well as her own OFs page where she created content.
Her talent agency, Hussie Models, noted: “Losing Kylie is truly heartbreaking.
“She was a kind soul, a wonderful friend, and always brought warmth and energy wherever she went.
“That’s exactly how I’ll always remember her, full of life and kindness.”
They added that her ‘impact on those in the industry will be missed.’
The star also appeared in the Netflix docuseries Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On, to discuss her career, but also her battle with drugs along the way.
Speaking to AVN, Leah Gotti, a friend of Page’s, said: “I just think, overall, she was a [happily] infectious person.
“She was really light and bright and she just loved to smile, laugh, and really valued living life to the fullest and being free as much as possible.”
The two close friends started out in the same modeling house when they were just 18, before moving into the adult film industry later on in life.
However, a heartbreaking update in regards to her death has now been issued.
The coroner suspected that her passing was due to a drug overdose, which has now been confirmed.
But in a heartbreaking revelation, it was found that the star was sober just five days before her death.
It’s been made known that the 28-year-old had celebrated 60 days of sobriety, and had been attending regular AA meetings.
It’s been said that the star was even leading some meetings herself.
Her battle with substance abuse started in her teen years, but it was years before she eventually checked into rehab.
She lived in a sober house for a while, in an attempt to get her life back on track.
TMZ, who have reported the tragic details, also noted that Page was well aware of the heartbreak drug abuse can bring.
They note that the star lost two uncles to addiction.
Her mom, Aimee, told the outlet that she spoke to Page the day prior to the tragedy, and said that she appeared ‘cheerful, but a little tired.’
And it seems the performer had a lot to look forward to, as her mom revealed that she had an upcoming recording session with a musician pal.
